Tried to set up a septic inspection with these guys. The guy Joseph who answers the phone was literally the most unhelpful, unprofessional, most difficult person I think I have ever encountered. He would not give me any type of straight answer on ...anything. Even what services they would perform. Totally vague, rude, told me he had to go while I was in the middle of asking questions about our service appointment. I ended up canceling the service because he was that awful. What a terrible representative of their company. He made a terrible impression on everyone involved in our real estate deal. I would fire him immediately if he worked for me.
